Ann McCulloch is a respected healthcare executive, patient safety advocate, and nursing leader whose career has been dedicated to advancing quality, improving clinical outcomes, and strengthening healthcare organizations through strategic leadership and evidence-based practice.

With more than three decades of experience in healthcare, Ann has built an impressive career leading initiatives in quality improvement, patient safety, risk management, regulatory compliance, accreditation, and organizational performance. As a registered nurse with a Master of Science in Nursing, she combines extensive clinical expertise with executive leadership, enabling healthcare organizations to achieve measurable improvements in patient care while fostering cultures of safety and continuous improvement.

Ann holds two of healthcare's most respected professional credentials—Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS)—reflecting her commitment to the highest standards of clinical excellence and healthcare leadership. Throughout her career she has been recognized as a collaborative leader who brings together physicians, nurses, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and organizational effectiveness.

Beyond her professional career, Ann is deeply committed to developing future healthcare leaders. She serves on the Alumni Board of AdventHealth University, where she supports initiatives that strengthen alumni engagement, mentorship, and educational excellence while advancing the university's mission of preparing compassionate healthcare professionals for service around the world.

William J Sanchez

William Sanchez is a dedicated cultural advocate, entrepreneur, and community leader whose career spans technology, nonprofit development, and civic engagement.

As the founder and executive director of Cultural Awareness Fund, Inc., William established the organization to educate and inspire communities through immersive experiences that celebrate global diversity.

His vision is rooted in the belief that art, performance, and storytelling are powerful tools for fostering understanding and critical thinking across cultures.

In 2025, William launched the Ormond Beach International Day Festival, an annual event that brings together music, dance, food, and artisans from around the world to celebrate cultural heritage in a vibrant, community-driven setting.

The festival has quickly become a cornerstone of cultural exchange in Volusia County and exemplifies the mission of Cultural Awareness Fund by creating space for hands-on artistic engagement and intercultural dialogue.

William has held leadership roles on several influential boards, including serving on the Cultural Council of Volusia County and the Volusia County Business Incubator, where he championed local industries and small business innovation.

William still volunteers his time at the Volusia County Tech Hub, the evolution of the Volusia County Business Incubator.

He also volunteers with the Volusia County Economic Development Team's Innovation Challenge Task Force, working on ways to support local entrepreneurs and encourage new technologies through the yearly Innovation Challenge competition that brings together entrepreneur and innovators from across the community.

Professionally, William brings decades of experience in technology, founding and leading ventures that provide automation, telecommunications, and managed services to help small and medium-sized businesses grow.

His passion for technology began at the age of 10 and has fueled a lifelong commitment to innovation and opportunity.

As the majority shareholder of Solidus Communications, Inc. (OTC: SLDC), and Made For Tech, Inc., William understands how entrepreneurship drives jobs, strengthens the local economy, and builds a stronger future for families in our community.

William and his wife, Maria Beatriz Anez, share a blended family of five children who are the heart of their lives. Three are currently in college, each thriving in their chosen studies - a reflection of the family's shared values of hard work, education, and perseverance. Their journey together is a constant reminder of the importance of family and the strength that comes from supporting one another.

A Freemason and former Cubmaster, William is deeply committed to mentorship and service. He is a lifelong admirer of the arts and a passionate enthusiast of modern classic automobiles - particularly Jaguars, which he sees as a perfect blend of design, heritage, and engineering.

His work consistently reflects his core values: creativity, inclusion, curiosity, and community empowerment.

Maria Trent

Maria Martinez Trent is a business owner, community leader, and humanitarian dedicated to building stronger communities through service and compassion. She is the co-owner of Beyer & Brown Hospitality Group and Back Alley Lanes VRcade, businesses that create places where families and communities connect. She is also the founder of RallyWell Indoor Pickleball & Wellness Club, an innovative recreation and wellness destination in Central Florida.

For more than two decades, Maria has built bridges between businesses, nonprofits, churches, schools, government agencies, and volunteers to strengthen communities and respond when people need help most. She is known for bringing diverse groups together around a common purpose and transforming ideas into meaningful action.

Following the devastation of Hurricane Maria, Maria coordinated Volusia County’s largest volunteer-driven relief effort, organizing the collection and shipment of essential supplies to Puerto Rico. Her experience includes leading large-scale donation drives, volunteer recruitment, logistics, and strategic partnerships to deliver humanitarian aid where it is needed most. Today, she continues supporting disaster relief efforts and community outreach both locally and internationally, including initiatives benefiting Venezuela and other underserved communities.

Maria currently serves on the boards of Cultural Awareness Fund, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, True Health, the Domestic Abuse Council, and the Amusement & Music Operators Association (AMOA). She also partners with emergency response agencies such as COAD, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and nonprofit leaders to support disaster relief, hurricane recovery, cultural initiatives, and charitable outreach throughout East Central Florida.

Born in Puerto Rico, Maria has remained deeply connected to her heritage and is passionate about strengthening Hispanic communities while fostering collaboration across cultures. She believes the greatest impact comes when people unite in service to others. Guided by her faith and inspired by Matthew 5:16, “Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven,” she strives to lead with humility, integrity, and compassion.

When she isn’t working or volunteering, Maria enjoys spending time with her husband, Greg, their blended family of six children, and six grandchildren, who continue to inspire her commitment to faith, family, and service.
